When The Devil Takes Over What does he do? He smiles and frowns telling everyone how hard he works; what does he do? He attends meetings day and night; what does he do? He punishes those who work and rewards sycophants. What does he do? He makes promises that he never intends to keep; what does he do? He starts initiatives and then destroys them; what does he do? He requires public relations and marketing to portray him as a man of action, the great mogul. What does he do? He acquires all he can for himself; what does he do? He sells or destroys the most valued parts of the organization; we watch in fear, we watch our futures collapse, we watch others fall, we wait for our turn, we watch and wish to take the blame, we the hero without honor.
