Quality 2007

I have an obsession with quality;
I know that our customers insist on quality; 
I intend to make quality my number one priority. 

I am going to add a vice president of quality; 
I have hired the best outside firm in the quality improvement area; 
I  am going to raise our company's quality standards every year. 

I am going to measure our quality against industry standards;
I will never rest when it comes to quality. 
will someone please explain to me, what is quality?
