Hell is With Us
A predator has come with a smile and a promise;
no regrets, remorse, emotion, or quarter;
use, abuse, lye, steal, shift, hide.
Quislings come and go;
each cannot believe they have fallen;
the next charmed to take their place.
Cunning, quick, manipulating, parasitic, impulsive;
grandiose goals set without a thought;
no responsibility, having done their best.
